Staff was very friendly. We were there for 5 days and almost felt like they were family. Beds were so comfortable. Loved the firepits Could have used a little brighter and a few more lights in room

Our stay at Open Hearth was very welcoming! We met alot of fun people there and enjoyed the campfire in the evening. The hotel had a very warm atmosphere. The continental breakfast was very nice but was missing the sausage. I guess I like meat with my breakfast....lol. John was amazing and accommodating. I plan to stay here for my annual trip to Door Cty and will tell others of this resort.
