Nice place. The woman at the front desk was super nice and I really appreciated the ability to leave bags before check-in time & take advantage of the facilities. The location is good, a 5 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and the dock. The workout room and restaurants at the resort exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and stay at again!

Lovely holiday

We stayed for a week. We had amazing time. Loved every moment of the holiday. If I wish to critical some information between members of staff is a different advice given then others. Had this a few times. So the communication can be quite tricky.

The hotel is very nice but upgraded rooms for example a superior from a standard there is not much difference. It’s also a shame that the beach location shuts at 6pm and you have to book to use the rooftop and indoor pool. Other than that a modest stay.

Need to get the basics right!

I would not consider this a 4 Star hotel as described. Although the front desk service was generally good, except for one occasion, and the beach club and pool were good, the quality and cleanliness of the rooms was not really good enough. We had booked a Superior room, but this was equivalent to a 3 Star Premier Inn in the UK. In addition we had to be moved twice due to noise from the reception area and noise from the collection of laundry outside our bedroom window very early in the morning (05:30). One of the rooms had nails protruding from the architrave and the fridge did not work and had to be replaced, and in another the drainage channel to the shower had collapsed. The cleaning of the rooms was also not great, with marks on doors when we arrived not being cleaned for the whole of the stay in each room. In addition cups were left unwashed on a couple of occasions and complementary water and tea not topped up on a couple of occasions.
