The property is quietly situated on the sixth floor of a modern apartment building (with a lift) in the heart of Sliema and enjoys a sunny terrace with impressive views over the rooftops.
Inside, the large, open-plan living space is stylishly furnished with a marble-effect tiled floor, a modern sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with four chairs. This area also opens out onto the terrace through large sliding glass doors and incorporates a sleek kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a breakfast bar for two.
