Las Brisas apartment with pool and walk to beach + EV chargers

The apartment is close to the beautiful John Smiths Bay beach - a 5 minute walk away. The pool is on the property and around the back from the apartment. The apartment has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk and a grocery store is a 12 minute walk away. We have a Labrador that roams the property.

We also have another rental unit on the property, which is great if you want to travel with another couple/ friends. It is VRBO 719665.

You will have the studio apartment all to yourselves during your stay. You are also welcome to enjoy the pool! There is plenty of parking should you decide to rent a 50cc scooter or an EV. We also have a 110v and 220v charging station on the property for your convenience.

The kitchen area includes a small fridge, a coffee maker (uses K-cups), electric kettle, microwave and a toaster oven. There is also an electric oven in the unit and a gas grill that is available for your use. We have towels, beach towels, hair dryer and shampoo all here for your use. There is an iron and ironing board, cable TV (includes HBO and Showtime), free wifi and air conditioning/ dehumidifier/ heat.

Bermuda's largest nature reserve, Spittal Pond is a 10 minute walk from our property. It is a great, diverse walk. There are 2 very good restaurants in Flatts Village about a mile away, Rustico and the Village Pantry. Flatts is also home to the Bermuda Aquarium. Collectors Hill area is about a mile away and has a few restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery store and a gas station. Hamilton and St. Georges are each about a 15 minute taxi or bike ride away and offer many restaurants and shopping.

Lovely 2 weeks
The studio is fully equipped and is well stocked including kitchen basics, toiletries and towels. Gail and Chris are easy going hosts, point you in the right direction and don’t hover. Notes from former guests are welcome. The only issue for us was transportation as we were relying on the bus system which runs from stops just down the hill but doesn’t run at night. Taxis or an electric car rental, both expensive, necessary at times. John Smith Bay Beach with a very good casual bar/grill is easily walkable, grocery store further but doable. Beautiful grounds as pictured and sweet Tilly, the Labrador, will drop by for a belly rub !

Wonderful!
This was a great location and a beautiful, quiet, comfortable spot. Thanks so much to our hosts for being welcoming and kind. Our room had some great kitchen amenities, parking and charging an electric car was really convenient, and the mood and character of the local neighborhood was quiet and friendly -- a short drive from the downtown areas but still properly secluded. Chris and Gail's apartment was perfect for my adult daughter and I to spend 9 days. It is centrally located between Hamilton and St. George's with a beautiful beach just a 5 minute walk. The bus stop is also close by. We enjoyed the pool and especially getting to pat Tilly since we were missing our dogs. Chris and Gail are very welcoming and helpful. We rented a Twizy and appreciated being able to recharge between adventures at the apartment. We can't wait to stay again!
