POWDERIDGE # 31 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 FULL BATHS FLAT - BEDDING: MASTER Bedroom: Pillowtop King Bed, TV/DVD, private bath; Bedroom # 2: 2 Sets of Bunks, TV/DVD; PLUS: Queen Sofa bed in Living Room.

SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITION

AMENITIES: Free WIFI. Free Long Distance Calling, Washer/Dryer, Gas Fireplace, a large exterior deck overlooking the slopes, and a Ski gear storage entry.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM

Great location. Very short walk from the front door to the slopes. Shuttle stop to the village is right across the street and parking is easy and only steps from the front door. The inside of this unit is a little dated, but perfectly comfortable. A little expensice compared to other units we’ve stayed at in the same complex, but we booked last minute so that might’ve affected the rate given the scarcity of options in prime ski season. Rental company was easy to deal with and responsive in email communications.

We had the best time at Snowshoe this weekend! Powder Ridge was exactly as expected, it was simple to check in, communication with the rental agency was excellent too. We really loved the proximity to the Powder Ridge lift as well. We will definitely be back!

Presidents Day Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Powder Ridge #31. It snowed 10inches to make even more perfect! The unit was very clean and well furnished. We loved the heated mud room at the entrance. That made it so much easier for wet clothes and boots!! The proximity to the slopes was perfect! We enjoyed the convenience of parking at the front door! We’ll be back, thank you!

Great stay

This is our second year staying at this property and we love it’s proximity to the slopes. It is perfect for a family with four children as it has two sets of bunk beds, a king size bed, and two bathrooms. The new gas fire place was a nice upgrade!

I shouldn’t give this condo such a great review, because then it might get popular and I won’t be able to book here again. 10/10 this place was fantastic. Family loved it. Would stay here again no questions asked.

Great Ski Trip

We would definitely stay here again for a ski trip at Snowshoe. Easy location by the Powder Ridge Lift. Plenty of room for a family of five. Very clean and had everything we needed. Hopefully we get to come back next winter!

Cozy condo

Great ski in ski out condo. Handled 2 adults and 4 teenagers comfortably. Easy access to slopes and quick ride to village center. Would stay again.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location! The set up with two sets of bunk beds was great for our kids so that no one had to share a bed. The only thing missing was pot holders, which made getting things in and out of the oven tricky, but I assume those were there and just disappeared at some point!

Nice place to stay!

Stayed in multiple condos at Snowshoe and this was one of the nicest!. Lots of space and the kitchen was well-equipped. Didn't need to bring a thing to cook all of our meals. Liked that I could park right in front, too and that firewood was readily accessible and we didn't need to bring our own. Only downside is that you have to take a small shuttle to the Village to get the bus to Silver Creek for night skiing and that the Powder Ridge lift is slow (this is the lift you need to access this condo) when returning back from skiing. Otherwise, great service from the management when we had an issue. We will definitely return!
