Hotel perfeito Tive um pequeno problema com minha reserva, semelhante a uma situação que já havia enfrentado em outro hotel anteriormente. Porém, neste hotel a experiência foi completamente diferente. A equipe foi extremamente solícita, educada e demonstrou real interesse em ajudar. Mesmo não sendo exatamente um problema causado pelo hotel, eles fizeram questão de verificar a situação, buscar uma solução e me orientar da melhor forma possível. Esse tipo de postura faz toda a diferença. O atendimento foi humano, atencioso e muito profissional. Fica aqui meu agradecimento à equipe pela atenção e pela boa vontade em resolver a situação. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar e recomendo o hotel para quem valoriza um bom atendimento.
