Come enjoy our newly remodeled beach home with ocean views, located on the bluffs of Solana Beach. This stylish home has everything you need for the perfect vacation and is located within a gated community that offers private access to the beach just steps from your front door! It is also walking distance to shops, restaurants, Del Mar Fair grounds, and public transportation including the train that runs up and down the coast of San Diego and all the way to LA.
Enjoy spending quality time with friends and family in our open-concept layout. With a living room that opens up to the kitchen guests can enjoy cooking while others relax on the couch or sit at the bar top. If you feel like grilling, we also have a BBQ on the private patio ready for you to use! Choose between dining on the patio or in the large dining room suitable for eight guests. A second living room allows for additional space to sprawl, while a half bathroom downstairs adds to the convenience of this property. Ocean views from two of the three guest rooms upstairs are sure to wow you. Open the windows and let the sound of crashing waves lull you to sleep. The spacious third bedroom has a walk in closet and separate bathroom. Parking is made extremely convenient with your own garage and additional parking spot directly in front of the home. A washer and dryer are available for your use in the garage as well.
Lounge by the community pool during the day or walk a few steps to the private beach access. This townhome really has it all!

Great stay. Host was super friendly and always available for anything we needed. Everything was as described. Location is stunning and only a short distance to lots of things. Great property! Excellent location, very quiet, nice complex, and well-equipped kitchen. Note that property does not have cable TV, but the TVs are Smart TVs so you can cast from your phone if you want to watch live sports or news. Alyssa, the property manager, was very responsive when we had questions.

Nice place on the beach

The beach was a short walk away down many steps. The rooms were nice and worked well for our group. Only complaint is the rug in the family room was always getting caught and kids and adults kept tripping over it. Coffee and sandwich shop were close by that you could walk to. Good location. Washer and dryer were in the garage.

What a wonderful vacation using this property. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, even a platter for our fruit. The welcome book was a lovely addition with lots of ideas for spending your time around the area.

Pleasant Stay in Solana Beach

This 3-bedroom condo was perfect for our family of four for the week. The house was well stocked and clean, and I was pleased with the quality of the towels/toilet paper/etc. that other rentals usually cheap out on. Directions on how to enter the community and house were clear. The beach club was quiet all week. Pool and hot tub were steps away from the condo, and the walk to the beach was way shorter than I was expecting. Thanks for a great stay!

Best Beach Location

We came to Solana Beach with extended family, which included a 6 and 3 year old. The condo is situated in beautiful Solana Beach with easy beach access, pools, and more. The location is ideal. The beach is quiet, at least in the winter, and San Diego is not far away. The condo itself is very comfortable, and was perfect for our group of four adults and two young children. The small backyard has a great space for outdoor eating. The condo was very clean as well and the kitchen well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Alyssa, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

BE AWARE! Property not as described

The location of this property is the only accurate description in the listing. Described as pet free and recently remodeled but this is not true. Flooring warped, counters cracked, front door damaged. But most frustrating and problematic was the extensive pet hair throughout including bed and kitchen linens, furniture, and flooring. This cannot be a one-time occurance. The pet hair appeared to be emmbedded throughout the unit evident by a clogged vacuum. This property is not the ocean retreat a guest would expect.

The family all agreed that this condo was in the best location we’ve been in yet, and we’ve been coming to California on vacation for a lot of years. Solana Beach is a great area. The beach was clean and private. Everyone, even adults, loved looking for seashells. It was great having a pool for the kids. There were several places to eat within walking distance. We recommend SB Kitchen for the food and Brigantine for the ambience.

New to San Diego

We loved the property and the area. It is so beautiful and there is so much to see. The property had plenty of room, was clean, and the views are amazing. The San Diego Zoo and Adventure Park, Sea World, Disneyland, and the Warner Bros Studio Tour were wonderful. The property manager was so helpful and always accessible.

Great Location -- beautiful condo

We walked to several restaurants and shops in Solana. It was also less than a 5 minute drive to downtown DelMar. Fun beaches. The sunset room on the property was great...we used it several times to enjoy a cocktail and watch the surfers/sunset.
