"check in was easy. The staff was friendly and service was good. The property was well maintained and modern. It was very comfortable. we were there for 3 days and used the pool everyday. It was also nice that they had a family movie overnight for the families. Only issue was the internet, it would fade in and out and was inconsistent. I would definitely come back again"

"The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive. ​However, our arrival was slightly marred by an issue: all electrical outlets in the room were not working. Although we initially informed the staff, we unfortunately had to ask a couple of times before the issue was properly addressed. ​Once we pushed for a solution, the staff member who finally handled it was extremely helpful. They quickly ensured the maintenance team fixed the problem completely. The only minor drawback was the somewhat inconvenient location, making transportation a bit tricky if you didn't have your own vehicle. However, the quality of the property certainly compensated for this."

"This si our second time staying at this hotel, and everything was once again perfect. It’s located in the middle of everything in this lovely but surprisingly bustling town. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed and the food in the restaurant is exceedingly good. I highly recommend a stay here, either just to get out of Medellin for the weekend or just to relax."
