Casa Oscar is a large first floor apartment with two bedrooms and a garden located within the Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve.
From the balcony and the garden you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the reserve and the surrounding mountains. Furthermore, this location is excellent both for reaching the lake (the nearest beach is just 5 km far) and as a starting point for hiking or cycling; here is the starting point of walking and cycling paths which cross both Valtellina and Valchiavenna, as well as the road that runs along the entire lake.
Tranquility and relax are guaranteed since the house is located a few hundred meters from the main road, and only people who live in the hamlet pass here, you will be far from the chaos and traffic of the center.
Anyway, in less than 5 minutes car you will find all what you need to enjoy your stay (café, restaurants, supermarkets...)
The apartment has a balcony that goes around the entire living area from which you can enjoy an excellent view of the entire Pian di Spagna reserve and the mountains that surround it.
Outside the apartment there is also a garden where you can enjoy breakfasts, dinners and aperitifs in company while enjoying the characteristic view of the mountains that surround the Pian di Spagna.
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, sink, toaster, microwave, kettle, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils. You will obviously also find plates, glasses and cutlery for all guests.
The living room is very large, here we find a sofa, an armchair and the dining table.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms: the main one has a double bed, chests of drawers and a wardrobe to store all your clothes.
The second bedroom has three single beds.
The bathroom has a sink with mirror, toilet, bidet, shower with glass box.
Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary bed linen and towels for the bathroom.
The apartment is located on the first floor, and there are two uncovered parking spaces available for guests inside the property.
