Perfectly positioned in the heart of Sorrento, this modern Mediterranean-style apartment is the perfect choice for a group of 6 people wishing to explore Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
Skyline Sorrento is a spacious and bright apartment located on the top floor of a 5-storey residential complex just a few minutes walk from the lively Piazza Tasso: the main square of Sorrento.
The most significant feature of the house is the large terrace, perfect for a lunch or dinner that enjoys a 180 degree view of the entire hilly Sorrento landscape, which overlooks the roofs of the town and from which you can admire the azure waters of the Mediterranean.
After taking the elevator to the top floor, you enter the curiously furnished main entrance. This entrance separates the living / dining room from the main bedroom and the rest of the apartment. The floor decorated with Mediterranean-style tiles harmonize with the eclectic range of furnishings and decorations that give the apartment a very welcoming and homey atmosphere.
The large living room boasts massive wooden doors that merge with the outdoor terrace and other apartment rooms. The panoramic and spectacular sky of Sorrento can also be enjoyed from the comfort of the living room with a 3-seater sofa facing the terrace. The living room is spacious and tidy and consists of a sofa bed, a comfortable reading chair, a flat screen TV and a dining area.
Directly adjacent to the living room is the main bedroom consisting of a double bed and to enrich the environment there are large windows overlooking the hilly Sorrento landscape.
The eastern side of the house houses the kitchen, two bathrooms, a twin bedroom with a comfortable and spacious walk-in closet in the room.
The kitchen is compact but well equipped and includes a 4-burner gas cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge / freezer and other essential amenities such as a kettle and a practical two-seater table with its stools.
The two bathrooms are furnished in a contemporary style. One has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer, while the other has a bathtub with attached shower.
Skyline Sorrento is equipped with all the basic comforts of an ordinary home including air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and a parking space, which is rare to find among the apartments in the center of Sorrento.
The position
Skyline Sorrento is the ideal base for exploring the attractions of the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts including Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, the island of Capri, as well as the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius.
A car is not necessary to stay in Sorrento due to the central location of the Skyline apartment but if you arrive by car, a free parking space is available near the house. The station of Sorrento and the buses are located less than 100 meters from the apartment, while the lively center of Sorrento with its spectacular bars, boutiques and restaurants is right outside the front door.
