The house is surrounded by pine trees in a magnificent private park located in the exclusive seaside town of Platamona, from Porto Torres in the north of Sardinia, a few km and its port.
The park, perfectly maintained, also offers a security service 24h-24h
The housing part, of 90 square meters, is situated entirely on one floor with large living-room with comfortable sofa bed and LED TV, open space is a kitchen fully equipped with air conditioning, two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds and bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living room leads to a large terrace of 100 sqm with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, washing machine and dining table shaded by a gazebo, sunbathing area with loungers, swings and benches.
On the ground floor there is a private garden and fenced that covers over 300 square meters under typical pines of Sardinia, with outdoor shower, hammocks and flowering and ornamental plants.
Also on the property it is a large enclosed space to park at least two cars.
From the house, through the walkways in the private pine forest, is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach of 35 km long Platamona overlooking the island of Asinara and equipped with various Bar and Cafeteria.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr großer Terrasse
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr großer Terrasse, die Aussenküche war der absolute Hit. diese haben wir ausschließlich genutzt. Natürlich auch den Grill! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Nähe zum Strand war sehr gut. die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett, er hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Ein kleine Bitte habe ich aber noch. Bitte eine genaue Erklärung für die Entsorgung des Mülls bereit legen. Mit den Öffnungszeiten. Das wäre sehr hilfreich. Danke

Déçus des prestations et du service!
Contrairement aux prestations annoncées, il n'y avait pas de wifi, pas de piles dans les télécommandes, pas de climatisation dans la seconde chambre destinée à nos ados qui ont mal dormi toute la semaine sous 40 degrés. De la poudre toxique disposée partout contre les fourmies qui montaient jusque dans le frigo. Voisins très proches et très bruyants qui faisaient le barbecue jusqu'à 23h enfumant les chambres. Route passante à proximité du jardin et vue de la terrasse. Nous n'avons pas pu déposer les dernières poubelles au local le samedi car c'était fermé mais nous avons demandé à Irène si nous pouvions les déposer ailleurs. Elle nous a répondu qu'elle le ferait sans problème. Nous lui avons offert un parasol. Nous sommes rentrés avant hier et nous venons de recevoir un message du propriétaire, Salvatore, nous accusant d'être irrespectueux et nous disant qu'il va lancer une procédure pour faire retirer 50€ de notre carte bancaire à cause des poubelles. Sachant que nous ne nous sommes pas plaint de tout le reste, c'est aberrant ! Il nous harcèle avec des longs messages depuis ce matin. Est-ce que des gens irrespectueux nettoient les salles de bains et cuisine et plient les serviettes et draps alors qu'ils ont payé 100€ pour le ménage ? Comme quoi il ne faut pas se fier à des photos dans une annonce ! Nous n'avions jamais eu de problèmes depuis des années via Abritel jusqu'à ce jour!

Casa molto confortevole, in ottima posizione.
la casa è in un'ottima posizione, relativamente vicina alla spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi in max. 5 minuti. C'è una grandissima terrazza dotata di caminetto, cucina e lavello esterno, tavoli, sedie, lettini, ombrelloni e gazebo. Estremamente piacevole e comoda da vivere quando non si è in spiaggia. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e la dotazione di casa è davvero notevole. Da ritornare!

villa Sara mi ha fatto rinascere
La mia vacanza a villa Sara e' stata meravigliosa! La casa ha veramente tutti i comfort, non ho mai trovato cosi' tanta cura nei dettagli; non solo c'era di tutto, addirittura racchette per giocare, ombrelloni , zaini da portare in spiaggia, di tutto di piu', anche nel bagno ed in cucina !! Io vissuto 15 giorni nel meraviglioso patio, ( ho problemi alle ginocchia e mi devo operare tra un mesetto ) per cui non ho potuto godere della spiaggia ( per la prima volta in 57 anni...e dei bagni in mare..) ma mio marito si!!! E quel patio era proprio adatto alle mie esigenze...sedie alte e molto comode, barbecue, cucina fuori e anche lavandino dove mio marito lavava le spigole che prendeva, che meraviglia!!! Il gazebo con i divanetti era il mio posto preferito dopo cena, oppure per l'aperitivo, e l'aria condizionata in casa......perfettamente funzionante come tutto cio' che vi ho trovato! Io e mio marito torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno, e spero tanto di godermi anche la spiaggia vicinissima raggiungibile a piedi! wunderschöner Urlaub!!!
Die Beschreibung passt sehr gut. Man wohnt im oberen Teil des Gebäudes, unten besteht ein Vorgarten mit Hängematten und einer Außendusche (Gold wert!). Die Außenterasse ist ein Traum, verbunden mit der Außenküche und dem Grill hält man sich fast nur außen auf. Das gesamte Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Man merkt, das der Eigentümer es selbst nutzt. Salvatore ist ein supernetter Gastgeber und über Handy/Whatsapp immer zu erreichen und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist des Objekts ist in einer bewachten Ferienanlage, nach unserem Eindruck waren die anderen Nutzer der Anlage ausnahmslos Italiener, es war super angenehm. Der Strand ist ein Traum und keine 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben es unheimlich genossen und danken Salvatore für das Überlassen seines Domizils. Wir waren von Ende August bis Mitte September 2022 dort und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Appartamento situato all' interno di un complesso con varie tipologie di appartamenti in una pineta a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Platamona, con cancello automatico e custode h 24/24. Nonostante il periodo molto caldo l' appartamento resta fresco, e' comunque dotato di due climatizzatori. E' dotato di tutto il necessario, compresi lettini e ombrelloni. Il pezzo forte e' comunque il spazioso terrazzo,dotato di barbecue, lavabo, piano cottura, tavolo ombreggiato dove consumare i pasti, lettini per prendere il sole, divanetti ecc. In giardino c'e' anche una doccia con acqua calda, molto comoda. La zona e' molto tranquilla,ma come ovunque dipende dai vicini. In 30 minuti in auto si raggiungono le spiagge di Stintino, tra cui la Pelosa, da evitare in agosto. Unico rammarico non aver potuto conoscere i gentilissimi proprietari, asseenti per lavoro.

Really nice beach holiday
The house is located in a nice residence, the kids easily made friends to play football and on the beach. The house is fully-equipped, everything one needs for the beach was there, we appreciated the out-door kitchen, we lived on the terrace with the nice numerous corners to relax, friendly turtles, helpful and nice hosts. The beach is lovely, it's easy to go to other places as well from there. We definitely recommend!
