This two Bedroom Villa with AC in every room has the essentials and more. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds and 50” Smart TVs. Bathrooms are supplied with towels and toiletries.

BBQ Grill for outside cooking and the Kitchen supplies for that inside cozy cooking. The Livingroom and the dining room is an open concept.

The beautiful pool will entertain you in the evening with its' individual light show.

Use our smart voice system to control the air conditioning, Jacuzzi and music without leaving your seat.

Great 2 bedroom with a private pool and jacuzzi. The owner lives nearby and responds quickly to any issues. Would stay there every time if available

Excellent place. Would stay again.

The property managers made every accommodation to make our stay great. Communication prior to the stay as well as when we were down there is great. Location is great and the neighborhood restaurant is good. Location is minutes away from the downtown area. Security was great too. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing villa in a classy hillside community . Nice pool and jacuzzi . It has a park, tennis courts, basketball and a restaurant at the top of the hill. Very close to playa Alicia . Housekeeping was great. It is close to it all but far enough from the hustle so you can really feel like you are in paradise.

Hi Tech Villa

Curt has left no stone unturned in an effort to provide a comfortable and technically advanced property. Iam truly impressed. He is also the THE MOST accessible host I have ever encountered in app based bookings. I’ll be back to stay at his sister property next door with the in ground heated jacuzzi.

This is best communication with any owner I’ve ever had. Got the Villa information and E-ticket information as soon as I booked. The Villa was clean and had a detailed binder with taxi, area happenings, and WIFI information. Curt and Jay were the best
