This space includes a fully contactless check-in. In order to make the process seamless, you will receive instructions the day prior to your check in which go over accessing your stay successfully. Please be sure to read the instructions in their entirety.

- Full Kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer)
- Cooking Utensils/ Eating Utensils

If you need anything during your stay please feel free to reach out through the app’s messaging platform. We will use this platform to send you essential information regarding accessing your space as well as the WiFi and parking.

Check-in instructions will be sent after booking confirmation.
- Check in is after 3:00pm
- Check out is at or before 11:00am.
- If you check out after 11:00am without prior authorization there will be a late check out fee of half of a night.
-No parties. Quiet time begins at 10pm.
- Please wash dirty dishes.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
- We cannot be held responsible for any items left behind.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- Max number of people in the unit should be as stated upon booking.
- There will be a $50 fee for neglecting to return the parking garage pass.
- Do not allow more guests than stated in your reservation. There will be a fee of $50 per guest per day for each undisclosed guest.
- There will be a fee for lost key fobs of $10.
- Damaged or missing property will result in a fine equal to the value of said property
- No smoking anywhere inside the unit or on the balcony. Smoking anywhere in the unit or on the balcony will result in a fine. There will also be a fine if there is any evidence of illicit drugs within the unit including but not limited to smells, residue, etc.
- There will be a fine for tampering with the smoke detector.
