Dennis is the perfect location to explore Cape Cod - we’re minutes from some of the Cape’s best beaches, right down the street from the entrance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the Bass River, and surrounded by quaint restaurants and fun family activities.

- Outdoor Space: The 1-acre property features a private fenced yard with a charming outdoor dining area and grill, an enclosed outdoor shower, beautiful trees and landscaping, and a relaxing screen porch.

- Sustainable Features: Our home is fully electric and highly energy efficient with a brand new heating, central AC and water heater running on heat pumps, an induction range, smart home thermostats and an EV charger. We’re committed to providing comfort while reducing environmental impact.

- Family Provisions: As parents ourselves, we know traveling with little ones can be a challenge. We provide some of the basics (like a pack-and-play and highchair) so you can pack less and also some fun stuff to help keep kids of all ages entertained.

- Entertainment & Activities: In addition to a welcome book with all kinds of suggestions for things to do in the area, there’s also lots to do around the house. We have a cozy den with large screen TV and streaming services, a fun collection of books and games, and yoga equipment for three people to practice together. And we have a great kit of beach equipment for when you want to venture out.

- Modern Conveniences: Central AC, smart home technology, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-house washer dryer make for a hassle-free stay.

Location: the Bell House is located in the center of the charming South Dennis Historic District. The neighborhood is quintessential old New England and a perfect location for exploring the Cape. Dennis has some of the region's best beaches. We are a 5 minute drive to the beaches on Nantucket Sound and 10 minutes to Mayflower and other Bay side beaches.

We are a quarter mile from the entrance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and just down the street from the adorable South Dennis Public Library. The nearby Bass River boasts beautiful walking trails and spots to rent kayaks and paddleboards.

Dennis has loads of fabulous restaurants and coffee shops and we are a close drive to all the offerings of other mid-cape towns. If you want to venture farther afield a drive to Provincetown or a ferry to Nantucket are easy day trips.
