This 4 bedroom (plus bonus sleeping area), 2 full and 2 half bathroom home in South Yarmouth is the perfect escape for outdoor enthusiasts and beach lovers. With its prime location just minutes away from multiple beaches, including Seaview Beach just 0.1 miles away, you'll have endless opportunities to soak up the sun and explore the stunning coastline.

The flexible floor plan of this spacious home is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. With plenty of room to spread out and relax, you can enjoy all the comforts of home while taking in the beauty of Cape Cod. The main floor features the living/kitchen/dining areas, as well as two bedrooms (each w/ a queen bed), a full bathroom and a screened porch with table seating for 10. The home has two upper level areas. The first is a bonus sleeping room with 2 singles beds and an en-suite half bathroom. The other features 2 more bedrooms; one with a queen bed and en-suite, the other w/ 2 singles and an en-suite half bath.

After a day at the beach, come back to your vacation rental, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in the spacious screened porch with a cold drink in hand. Fire up the gas grill and cook up some fresh seafood, then watch the stars come out while sitting around the gas fire pit before retiring to one of the comfortable bedrooms for a good night's sleep. Wonderful house and location

Love this location and the house is one of the best that we've stayed on at the cape. Everything went smoothly with booking, communication, and checking in. House has tons of space and options. If/when we come back to the cape it's highly likely we will look to stay here again!

Great house! Great location! Perfect for multiple families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house! We had 8 people (including a baby) and there was more than enough room for everybody. The huge screened in porch is everything! And there is a lovely outdoor space with an outdoor shower and a fire feature too The house we also very well stocked. The kitchen had absolutely everything f you could need, and there were plenty of paper goods and toiletries in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. The location was fabulous! Three minute walk to a lovely beach right across the street from Skipper Chowder house. Adam Marka from Berkshire Hathaway was a pleasure to work with too.
