Second time we have stayed here. Ate in the evening and had breakfast. The staff were very good and friendly and the food was excellent. We actually stayed in the same room on both occasions, was like going down memory lane. Would definitely stay again, if in the area.

It was a very nice stay. Excellent service from the staff and food was also excellent. Modern decor throughout which was excellent. The only thing we noticed was the minor finishing touches ie snagging.

Mixed review

This was advertised as 'exceptional' but whilst it was a lovely location with nice food and friendly and helpful staff, I had a few issues. The most disappointing was the late start for the breakfast which was served from 8am, but this was only pointed out on arrival. I missed breakfast as I had to leave at 7:30am. The shower was not working and the EV charging point failed to work. This was my experience and is only highlighted for future customers.

Our 1st time at this hotel. We had a lovely 1 night stay. The staff were very friendly, room was lovely. We ate in the restaurant on the night and the food was excellent. We will definitely return.

The rooms were fabulous. Tea and coffee options with teapots for your tea. The shower temperature was not stable goes from hot to cold.
