We were traveling and stopped for the night. The room was very nice. However, there were a few issues. The deadbolt on the door didn't work. The TV in the room didn't work. You can only connect 2 devices to the wifi; if you want to connect more devices, it's an additional $1.00 per day. There was no hot water the next morning so I showered in lukewarm water. Checkout is 11:00am, but housekeeping opened the door with their key card at 9:30am while I was showering

It was hot no matter how I set the A/C. The sheets were rough. Not soft. The pillows are terrible. Where is the coffee maker? And extended stay - how about an iron and ironing board. I think I'll skip future stays at Echo Suites.
