Luxurious apartment with private parking

The apartment Luxerious Varos is not far from the park Marijan and about 5 minutes from downtown in a quiet and exclusive area of Split.
The apartment is very modern and luxurious.
It has two bedrooms as a toilet with bath and a modern kitchen with all accessories.
The living room is modern with a LED TV and a surround system in a class of harman / kardon, but they are also air conditioned.
In the living room, there is also a couch, where a person can still sleep separately if It is necessary. In the courtyard of the apartment there is a barbecue and of course a parking space for the car.
The best way to get a first impression is to see the photos of the apartment.
All our guests were very satisfied.
The apartment has its own private parking.

Un accueil sympathique et chaleureux : Zvonimir est charmant et extrÚmement serviable. Un appartement trÚs bien conçu, agréable à vivre, TRES PROPRE et bien équipé (draps et linge de maison fournis). TrÚs bien situé (environ 10 minutes) pour accéder aussi bien au centre de Split qu'au parc du du Marjan. Un peu loin des plages à pieds (20 minutes) mais tout à fait faisable. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Durch die recht zentrale Lage, waren wir schnell am Hafen und in der Altstadt. GeschĂ€fte und ein BĂ€cker sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und ĂŒberaus bemĂŒht, den Aufenthalt fĂŒr seine GĂ€ste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Super Service, der Transfer zum Flughafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Beautiful apartment only a five minute walk into Split old town. Had everything we needed and was extremely clean. Communication with the owner was great and we were able to check in early. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore Split and beyond.

Short Break

We chose the apartment primarily due to the reviews and because of the parking for the hire car. The apartment is actually almost adjacent to the large town centre car park, so is ideal. The are a number of short walks into the old town, and a small bakery and well-stocked small shop is opposite. Property manager is very helpful and available on WhatsApp too.

Wonderful place!

We were so happy with this place! Super clean and modern (remodeled kitchen and bath) and the hot water for the shower was great! Very comfy bed and the sofa in the living room was comfy as well. The location is excellent. Parking
such a needed convenience! Everything is a 10 minute walk. Our host was very Communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great base camp in Split

We really enjoyed our stay here in Split. It was a ten minute walk to both downtown and Marjan Park plus there were several places to get groceries nearby. The apartment was clean and a good size for our family. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great apartment just steps away from old town!

Apartment was spacious and clean. We had our own private parking space, which is a must, if you have a car. Zvonimir was prompt and greeted us on the first day and was there on the last day as well to help us back our car out of the driveway because the streets in Split are very narrow. We walked everywhere since old town was only a few minutes away. There is also a small market a block away from the apt., which was very convenient as well. I would definitely recommend!

Immer wieder gerne!

Zvonimir war ein hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der mit gute Tipps den Aufenthalt einfacher gestaltete. Check in und out verliefen problemlos und die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern. Einzig der Ablauf des Wassers war nicht ganz in Ordnung, was uns aber nicht weiter störte. Sollten wir wieder einmal in Splitt vorbeikommen, dann werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen wieder bei Zvonimir unterzukommen.

Our first visit to Split

The property was fabulous. Quiet location, bakery across the street and old town was easily walkable. Loved the neighborhood atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly that you almost felt like you lived there. Every meal was delicious. We look forward to visiting again.

The property exceeded our expectations. Location to old town and the Riva was ideal. As mentioned in other reviews, it was a quick walk to the little grocery store and bakery. The property manager was very helpful and accessible. We would definitely stay there again

Great place in Split!

We recently stayed here for three nights before setting out on a sailing adventure. We were two couples, and we were very comfortable (would have been a tight fit for 6 people). Zvonimir was extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is just a short walk to restaurants and the center of the city. The air conditioning was much appreciated, as it was quite hot while we were there!

This location was perfect! 5min walk to EVERYTHING (restaurants, shops, historic monuments and harbor). The owner was very flexible and extremely responsive. We accidentally locked our key in the house and he was there in less than 10mins. I would definitely stay again.
