Our unique accommodation on the south side of the city has a surface over 130 m2 and offers you high class accommodation and premium service.

The spacious living and dining area with wide terrace in front, facing south and spreading the best sea view over the sea and islands. On the sunny terrace guests can have a dinner in the open air, but also enjoy in the sun, sea air and scents of the mediterranean.

This ideal place for a family or a group of friends has three large bedrooms, two with a double beds and one with two single beds. There are two supremely decorated bathrooms with walk-in showers and bath tub.

Our service will provide you with all what is necessary to ensure your pleasant holiday; beach towels, coffee and tea.

The apartment offers all conveniences including; air-condition, heating, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV in all rooms with NETFLIX account, satellite channels in living room and master room tv, free WiFi access, free phone for local lines and public parking place in front and behind the building

Close to Old Town
We enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to the Old Town and take in the stunning Palace. The weather wasn’t the best one morning and we spent a day reading on the balcony watching the boats as the lightning strikes were flashing in the distance. Great place.

Nice property But there are issues!
The property advertises that it has its own parking, but this is not accurate. There is just shared parking in the area outside the building. You might not get parking. The hot water system is very unreliable and it intermittently fluctuates between hot and cold. The main showers also leak or appear to be faulty. The pictures can be misleading. The property appears to show a Beach view, but in fact, there is not one. Hosts were very helpful

Gorgeous property and location, exceptional hosts
We stayed in the apartment for 12 days. Ivana could not have been more helpful, arranging airport transfers and helping with restaurants etc. Toiletries and beach towels were provided along with a mid stay properly clean. Easy walk to Split centre with access to beaches and beach bars. We recommend Ciri-biri Bella restaurant, Skippers pizza and Konoba Fratelli for a family meals. We loved sea kayaking and our boat tour to the blue lagoon and shipwreck. We would love to come again, thanks to Ivana for all of the thoughtful touches
