This charming cottage home has been affectionately named “The Birdhouse,” and, you guessed it 
 the theme of the dĂ©cor throughout is based on our colorful feathered friends!

I have put my heart and soul into making this cottage a lovely place, and I'm so grateful for all the wonderful 5-star reviews.

If you appreciate the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood full of friendly folks and would like a conveniently-located home all to yourself, we’d love to extend our gracious hospitality.

The property was beautiful. Very clean and inviting. The kitchen contained everything you needed for cooking for our family meals together. They were very accommodating regarding my son's dog. The entire stay was amazing and you could not have asked for better communitcation from Randy and Amanda.

This house is in a great location. There are coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The area is charming. The location was great because we needed to be close to the hospital and it was less than a 5 minute drive. The place was pet friendly.

The Birdhouse is very charming, complete with a lovely fenced yard. This was important to us because we brought our dog and required a home that is pet-friendly. It is exactly as advertised and pictured on the website. The hosts were very helpful and super quick to respond to a minor TV question at the beginning. This was completely resolved and we had no other issues. The location is easily walkable to coffee, pizza, and a tap house! We enjoyed our three-week stay at The Birdhouse!

Lovely to look at but uncomfortable furniture except for the beds. All removable cushions were faded, old, and very thin, making it uncomfortable to sit. Rockers on the porch were good. Kitchen table was minuscule with flat cushions. The outdoor covered patio furniture was a great selling point but we couldn’t sit but a few minutes as the cushions were old and flat. It was a disappointment overall.

So cute!

Charming, clean cottage within walking distance to restaurants/brewery and coffee which were all fantastic.The front lawn was immaculate and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the birds. Felt safe in the neighborhood. It was clean and spacious. Check-in and out was smooth and the rental team was easy to communicate with. Thank you again.

Nice getaway

The property is just as cute in person as it looked in the photos. The neighborhood was fairly quiet too. The house is well set-up. I was in Spokane for business, while my wife came along just for a break. This place worked well for both of us, and we'd use it again. A few hiccups- the printer was out of ink, the barbeque needed cleaning, and we found a few 'deposits' in the yard from prior pet visitors. Nothing earth-shaking though.

Adorable, great location

Hosts were wonderful to work with. Beds excellent. 4 seniors..streaming tv not our favorite. Beware the second bathroom is down stairs in the basement which wasn’t real convenient for us, but in the description of house it was made clear. The main bathroom was entered thru the one bedroom. Second bedroom very small and due to the bed being up against a wall, one had to crawl over partner or exit the bed thru the end of the bed. For us seniors, not convenient. Yard and decor very nice. Seating for 4 only.

Great house for family!

We were traveling with my elderly parents and had a wonderful visit! The house is so nicely decorated and furnished. It was clean and comfortable and just perfect for the four of us! Thanks for the snacks as well! We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Spokane!

Awesome house
