It’s a very nice store, geared more for companies and conventions but that’s OK,It’s very comfortable with everything anyone would at hand or close by. The gym is great and oh those showers are fantastic. I’ll stay there again!!.

Check-in gave a bad first impression, as line wandered out to entrance. Six counters, but effectively only two staffed for checking in. Room downsides: can hear neighbor toilets flush; no soap in shower; single-ply, see-through toilet paper; no tea, just coffee; and large, bright alarm clock off by several hours. Room upsides: very roomy; ample hot water; fluffy towels; and minifridge in closet. Six elevators so no waiting. Valet parking was fast but expensive. Starbucks on-site. Hotel restaurant was good and reasonably (for a hotel) priced.

The Grand is an outstanding hotel. Great room design and value. Majority of staff interactions were great. To improve: The ((young) valet was crabby at check-in, wanting me to move my car to the street when there was literally one car in the entrance. I was there no more than five minutes. Overall a great hotel- they should be very proud of their operation.
