Got rid of the squeeze bottles in the bathroom. They might be hip for young people but bad for older folks with arthritis. Staff was courteous overall but on checkout I was asked "How was your stay"? When I replied I couldn't sleep due to all the noise, she merely said "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" without asking what noise and time of day occurred. In other word, she just gave me a cookie book answer but wasn't going to find out and maybe lessen the problem for other guests. The entire hotel is geared toward the Millennials and Gen Zer's which is their market, but we will not be going back any time soon.

Lots of construction at this time but the people were nice and food was fun. Hotel was clean and nice. Shower was good too. Definitely family friendly. We were there for a wedding.
