Adorable, clean and tastefully decorated little inn, right off the main road. Walking distance to shuttle stop for Zion, many restaurants, and the grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Highly recommend - Ciaran (sp?) Owner is a superb host. Personable, helpful and comes w/coupons for free breakfast at 2 local restaurants. The rooms are decorated as classic authors and just perfect!

Our host was incredible. He gave us many good suggestions for hiking and eating and was always attentive to our needs. The place was a quiet haven right outside of Zion.

The best stay in Zion

The Novel House has an exceptional location in Springdale and less than 10 minute drive to the entrance and visitor’s center of Zion National Park. One of the host (Ciaran) was also exceptionally hospitable, left a detailed note for check-in as we were arriving late at night, and checked on us when he could. They offer breakfast vouchers to two great restaurants walking distance, and offer amenities like coffee and hot tea from 6 am, and cookies and refreshing lemonade in the afternoon. The rooms are also very comfortable (we stayed in the C.S. Lewis room). Thank you Novel House for making our stay very homey especially after a long day of hikes and exploring.

Amazing place and stay!

Novel house is perfectly located in Springdale. Right at the end of the driveway is a free bus (stop 5) every ten minutes that links to the free park bus to trails. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. Coffee, lemonade, hot chocolate and cookies are always available in the common area. The best part of the Novel house is the host,Ciaran. He is a font of information regarding the park but also always available for a lively and engaging conversation. Instead of serving breakfast they provided coupons for local restaurants. We ate a delicious breakfast at Oscar’s located a short walk from the Novel house and returned there twice. If you would like to stay at a cozy, delightful Inn, this is the place!

Very clever and comfortable.

The stay at the Novel House exceeded expectations. The decor was clever, thoughtful, and very comfortable. The owners were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Each room is named after a famous novelist, and the furniture in each room is unique, as well as comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely unique property. Joanna was a gracious host. One night stay and not enough time to use the wonderful library. Breakfast coupon used @ Oscars & delicious. Very convenient to Zion. Short walk to Stop 5 on Springdale free Shuttle. So comfortable. Deer observed in yard & beautiful view.

Novel House in Springdale gateway to Zion.

Really nice place to stay. It is off the main drag, everything is within walking distance or a shuttle bus ride away. Very casual atmosphere in town. Novel House has themed rooms named after authors we were in the Bronte room lovely decor nice ambiance and you can't beat the surrounding view.

The hostess Marie was wonderful. She gave us lots of information of the area & about Zion. You get a voucher for breakfast every morning for Oscars or Porters which are very close by. The room was clean & very nice. The views are beautiful around the inn.

Love this place!

What a lovely, lovely place. It’s hard to imagine a more breathtaking setting or beautiful inn. The staff gave really helpful advice about navigating crowded Park venues. They were friendly and helpful. I will stay here (our room was fabulous,) when we return to Zion.
