Only a few miles from the picturesque town of St Andrews it is surrounded by arable farmland, there is also access from St Andrews to coastal walking and beautiful beaches and of course golf. The property offers off road parking (not suitable for commercial work vans or lorries) open gardens and the closest village shop is only 0.5 miles away.
On ground level Braid Cottage has an open plan kitchen and dining room with Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc. The dining room seats 8. A spacious sitting room with an open fire and television, a master bedroom with shower en suite. Upstairs a further 3 double bedrooms with zip and link beds, all beds can be made into double or twin beds. and a family bathroom with over bath shower. At the front of the cottage there is an area to sit and enjoy the pretty courtyard, there is also access to all the garden areas.
Where possible I will be on site to greet guests on arrival and there is an information book detailing the operation of all the household appliances, information on local amenities and tourist information booklets.
