Thank you so much for the lovely review you left us on Airbnb. I do apologize for not posting a review sooner. We've been travelling for the last few weeks, and I was unaware that the time to review would expire on Airbnb.

I contacted Airbnb to see if they could assist in posting the review but they weren't much help... we have written a review that I have attached below. Please feel free to upload it on other sites if you wish or share it with future guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home! 5 stars all around!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful holiday home. Our family spent a week here in July and we felt right at home! Marvyn was the perfect host. He met us at the property on our arrival. We arrived in St Andrews a few hours before check-in and he graciously accommodated us with the storage of our luggage until we could occupy the house. He checked in with us regularly during our stay and it was reassuring to know that he was just a phone call away.

The home itself is beautifully decorated, well-appointed and perfectly situated. It is modern, spotlessly clean and looks exactly like the photos. The home comfortably accommodates eight people, without feeling cramped. We loved the layout of the kitchen, dining and lounge area, where we all gathered for meals and to just hang out together. This space was perfect for our family of seven to relax and reminisce about our day on the golf course!! And to watch a bit of telly on the very large screen. There’s a second lounge, also with TV, but we seldom used it.

The bedrooms are all ensuite and boast flat screen TV’s. Each bedroom is decorated beautifully, and the beds and pillows are SUPER comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Water pressure in the showers is great. All bathrooms have heated towel rails, robes and lovely toiletries. The main ensuite is gorgeous, and I absolutely loved the free-standing bathtub.

The spa garden is beautiful - the perfect place to relax on a summer’s day. The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are an absolute treat.

There is ample parking space for two cars. It’s a short stroll to all the restaurants, shops and cafés in St Andrews and a 10-15 walk to the Old Course. There are many taxi services in St Andrews, and only ever a three-minute wait for a cab.

All in all, this is a wonderful property. It is well maintained, clean, comfortable and luxurious. It met all of our needs (and more). We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The house had tons of space, with modern touches and en suite bathrooms that made it incredibly comfortable for our group. The location was perfect for our golf group and had parking for our large van. An added feature is we were able to walk to town for dinner each night. The spa room was a bonus for our tired bodies after walking 18 holes each day.We enjoyed that each of us had our own bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Nicely updated modern house with many amenities, parking, beautiful garden, and so much more. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay very much! And Mervyn was a super host ... very responsive and helpful.

This house couldn’t be more lovely. Everything is beautifully appointed, the backyard is like a spa and Marvyn couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. It is the nicest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in.

Old Course Golf

This is an amazing place to stay. Has everything you need after a day of exploring town and of course golf. Within walking distance to downtown St. Andrew’s. It was great for 4 guys on a golf trip- everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Marvyn the host was incredible. Great communications prior to arrival and during our stay. Went out of his way to help us. Will be staying here again.

I would recommend this property over and over again! Absolutely stunning inside and out, location is very convenient for heading into town for some food/drinks but it’s equally such a lovely place that leaving it to head out was a nice dilemma to have!
