A dedicated desk space makes this an ideal spot for a "flex-cation."

Step outside to your oversized, fenced lanai with a gas grill and enjoy peaceful views of the natural landscape. Ok but needs improvement

Had a few challenges: microwave oven did not work, the living room needs an area rug( purely cosmetic and a matter of choice). Shower over tub was so slippery with nothing to hold on to that it is unsafe for seniors. Flatware was the cheapest flimsiest I have ever used. It would be nice to have more than 2 coffee mugs.
