If you are looking to get out of the cold and enjoy a relaxing vacation come and stay at our beautiful Las Palmas condo at the Green Valley Resort. This Bottom level unit (no stairs) condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a couch that pulls out into a bed and easily sleeps 6 people. Recently renovated with new flooring, softer mattresses, upgraded larger flat screen tvs, new paint and trim. Fully furnished! This poolside ground level condo is clean, beautiful and only a few steps away. Amenities include: Internet, Pools, hot tub, fitness center, basketball court, washing / dryer machines, high chair, pack & play and playgrounds. This was a very nice place to stay; clean rooms, great location. The only disappointment was that the hot tubs weren't working. After inquiring at the main clubhouse, was told they are in the process of being fixed. So an HOA problem, not a host problem.

The lighting in the bedrooms were poor. There were still dishes in the dishwasher from the previous renters and there was hair in the guest shower. It would have been nice to have the pocket door working to the guest bathroom from the bedroom. The guest bedroom door was a little squeaky. Needs to be oiled. I just tell you this so you can help other renters. Loved your kitchen area and the lightening was great there. Overall we enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

The kitchen amenities were limited. There is no rubber spatula and the 2 large pans are unusable. The middle size has some gross sticky coating that wont wash off and the large pan is warped and everything sticks to it. It was disappointing to not be able to cook much. The Keurig was a nice touch. The property is a great location with the pool/hot tub right outside. Beds were comfortable. we would have liked more hangers to hang clothes as there are no drawers and a suitcase stand would be nice since we had to leave suitcases on the floor. A small dresser in the main bedroom would be nice especially if we were to stay longer than 3 nightsThanks

Place was very clean, beautiful, beds were mostly comfortable, there needs to be dressers in the rooms, we had to use our suitcases for dressers. Communication when we checked in was delayed which led to a very stressful checkin process, talking to Indian people in customer service trying to resolve everything (which is never helpful or smooth). But overall the place was great, my family enjoyed it, great location.

the condo was very clean and update, well stocked with detergent, paper products and garbage bags. the patio had 4 chairs but no table which we found odd. The bathrooms we well stocked with soap, shampoo and body wash which we found refreshing. The bedrooms did not have dressers and no drawer space. The closets were big but no dressers in there and only a few hangers. The kitchen has 2 coffee makers and they supply pods which was very good. No storage container for leftovers and could use some sharp knives. But the pool and the spa were GREAT!
