Fun At The Ledges is a spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 2,692 sq ft villa ideally situated just steps away from the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. This well-designed property boasts a large kitchen and two outdoor living spaces, providing ample room for everyone to enjoy. The main level features the master bedroom and a fantastic, well-equipped kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, making it convenient for guests to dine in during their vacation. Step out onto the lower back patio, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. Upstairs, there's additional outdoor patio space on the upper balcony, featuring a seating area with lounge chairs to relax and enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon at any time of the day.

Southern Utah's outdoor attractions, including Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away), offer a breathtaking backdrop for exploration. For nighttime entertainment, catch a play at the Tuacahn theater located just 10 miles away.

Fun At The Ledges provides a range of on-site amenities, including local hiking and biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickleball courts (with paddles and balls provided), a spacious pool (beach towels provided), a 20-person hot tub, poolside lounge area, and a kids wading pool. Great place for relaxing stay

Went for a weekend soccer tournament and the families had a great time relaxing and kids had a great time with friends. Plenty of space and privacy.

A Perfect Fall Break Get away

We stayed here over fall break and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room to accomodate our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook a few meals there which was very nice. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and pickle ball courts were a hit with the kids. We definitely plan to stay here again.

This place was amazing! The only downfall, the massive hot tub wasn’t working and according to another visitor that has been before, it was down the last time they were there!

Excellent Work Stay

This is wonderful property for plenty of family, friends or like us, workmates. Had a one week job in St. George. Fun @ Ledges was a great base camp for work but also having our own individual spaces at night and in between work days. Would stay again.
