Price is very good, for the area. We were about 20 minutes away from Zion National Park. The staff was GREAT. Very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, but previous updates to modernize the room are not professionally done- nails visible, cracked area on the shower. Visually unappealing, but not leaking, or anything like that. Parking challenging at night, but wide open during the day. Actually really quiet, got great sleep.

I knew going in that for $135 a night, the hotel wasn’t going to be anything special, but unfortunately, it was even worse than expected. We were just passing through, trying to find a place to stay for one night until we could check into our tiny home, and with everything booked for the Red Bull Rampage, we didn’t have many options. That being said, there’s a big difference between an old, under-rated hotel and one that’s simply dirty. From the moment we walked in, the smell of mold was overpowering. The room was dusty and filthy, with grime in the corners. The shower was disgusting, with hair left behind from previous guests. The toilet paper roll was almost completely gone, and there was even a water bottle left under the bed. While the guy at the front desk was very nice, that’s honestly the only positive thing I can say. We ended up going to Walmart to buy sheets, Lysol, and Clorox wipes because we didn’t feel comfortable using anything in the room. We stayed out as much as possible to avoid being in the room, and it was honestly just a place to sleep for a few hours. Never again. It’s clear that the management has no interest in keeping the place clean or properly maintained. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

When I arrived on 10/12, I found the bathroom shower and floor dirty. I took pictures which are available on request. On Monday 10/13, I showed the pictures to the front desk and asked that they ensure the bathroom was cleaned before I returned that evening. When I returned, housekeeping had been there as I saw fresh towels. However, the bathroom had not been cleaned and the bed had not been made. I understand not changing the bed linens - I was staying for a few days - but not making the bed or cleaning the bathroom is unacceptable. This continued for the duration of my stay - unmade bed and untouched bathroom. I will be contacting both Ramada and Wyndham about this property and would suggest that travelers not stay there.

Rooms were spacious. Some things i noted were - 1. Roof was leaking in corridor. 2. Shower floor had water stains. 3. Curtains had stains on them. 4. I thought inns had dining area which were usually open so that guests can use it. Thats how i saw in other inns rhat i stayed at. But my husband was asked to leave with food in hand after breakfast rime. Not sure why. Even for cleaning, how can someone who is eating be asked to leave with food in hand? Is this a hostel or inn?

We were shocked at the condition of the property. It appears, at least in our room they tried to renovate but it’s kind of patched together poorly. Our shower had mold in it (flip flops worn) and the actual building itself is incredibly dilapidated. Forget even attempting the free breakfast.

They are ripping of people that don’t have any better options to stay for Zion. They overcharge you and give you a falling apart facility and poor service in return.

Good location for Zion Park

The room was clean. Staff nice. We did laundry here which was great. The hallways could use recarpeting. The breakfast had waffles, yogurt, eggs cooked and on a platter that could be reheated. A nice India restaurant next door. Plenty of parking.

We did have a clogged toilet, but they took care of it immediately. The staff is friendly & courteous. The problem I am having on my trip at the beginning of October is that are not warmer blankets on the beds. Yes, I could put the heat on, but I usually sleep with a warmer blanket and avoid the heater. the Red Fort Indian restaurant was a big surprise. Everyone there was so nice & the food was very good/excellent. It’s a good location and only about a 20-30 min drive to Zion.

The hotel facilities were unkept. Didn't like the bright lights peeking through. there was no screen for the window when we wanted to open for fresh air. Building is not accessible for those who need access. The breakfast area was bad - no windows. The oranges were not ripe and the water container was empty when we came for breakfast. No one was available to assist us.
