This charming condo has been updated with all the comforts of home. This includes: 1 king size bed, 1 queen size sofa bed and 1 twin with a trundle pull out on the enclosed deck that sleeps two adults . It also has all new paint, flooring, appliances and furniture, includes washer and dryer ,two 50 inch flat screens with Blueray and Netflix, and wifi. The view overlooks the beautiful St. George valley and Snow Canyon to the north from the deck. This is located in the quiet Las Palmas Resort, in the end bulding #3.The elevator is located just steps away from the front door. There are 2 separate swimming pools with hot tubs, indoor pool , lap pool ,splash pad , slide pool , kids pool ,dive pool, all new lobby , exercise room with all new equipment, showers and change rooms .With tennis , basketball and playground for the kids.. All inside Las palmas resort all free with your stay .Along with ATV riding trails nearby, there is something for everyone to do! It is close to golf courses, shopping centers and restaurants. This is perfect for a family vacation or a couples retreat. Full kitchen supply. Coffee maker ,blender ,crock pot, pots and pans. Bathroom is stocked with new bath towels , swim towels and all new linen with large soaker tub .Also has a pack and play and high chair. Absolutely No Pets allowed.

Visited St George to scope out places to live

This place was so cute and cozy. The queen bed was really nice. My 16 year old slept in the bed that was in the patio turned bedroom so she got cold in the morning but just turned the mini heater on and was fine. My 6’3 son said he slept ok on oneside of the sofa bed. I guess the other side sank. But no one has any complaints. It was perfect for what we needed and a great price. The owner was easily available and super nice. Thank you

Perfect place for Labor Day weekend

We wanted sunshine and pools and this place delivered. The condo was clean and cool and the perfect size for my family. It was a little echoing, sound really traveled; but not too big of a deal. We definitely want to come back!
