This condo is newly remodeled, comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can sleep 5 with a King bed in the main bedroom, a Twin bed in a small room off the living room and a sofa bed for 2. You enter from your own private entrance just a few steps down from ground level. It is located in Sports Village, close to the clubhouse and all the amenities which include two heated pools, a playground and courts for tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, volleyball and basketball. You'll be conveniently located in the perfect spot for exploring St. George, Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, Sand Hollow and located within 5 miles of 7 golf courses.

We like to stay in a VRBO vs a hotel so we have the amenities of home. We stayed Sunday to Sunday. 1 replacement roll of toilet paper and not a full one on the holder. 1 kitchen rag and no kitchen towels. 1 hotel sized bar of soap for the shower that did not last us the full week. No laundry soap to wash towels.Needs a good deep cleaning in the master bedroom. The sofa and love seat were not comfortable and need a cleaning.

Updated and very nice.

Everything was great at this little condo. It has been nearly completely updated and is nice inside. My only recommendation is to get better mattresses, especially in the small room. I slept on that one and it was awful (probably fine for a child). I would also have pool towels so the white ones for the shower that are limited don’t have to be used. With all that said, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfy condo not too far from downtown St. George and its surroundings.

Would stay here again. Kitchen had new appliances and everything needed to cook. Condo community was quiet with plenty of parking. Plenty of space for 2 people and lots of luggage.

Perfect rental for two

The rental was tastefully decorated and very easy to keep clean. It was quiet, the bed was great and we slept well every night we were there. The kitchen was well furnished—important since we prefer to do our own cooking. The location is close to open space for hiking or bike riding yet it is close to stores, etc. We liked this property a lot!

Almost every dish is the kitchen was dirty. Washer didn’t work. No pool towels provided. Hot water did not last long at all. Compared to others we have stayed in, this unit is very under supplied. It has potential, just not there yet. Owner was responsive and brought us a pillowcase (the unit was short one). Great location.

Big disappointment. Needs cleaning, maintenance, and refurb

Almost everything about this unit was shabby and dirty. The carpet had big black stains. There were holes in almost all the walls. The blades of the ceiling fan were CAKED with dirt on the tops and edges. All the moldings throughout the unit were dirty and/or damaged. The inside of the oven door was filthy, as was the drawer below the oven. The shower rod and curtains are a mess! We used some twist ties that we found in a drawer to try and hold the rod up enough to be usable! Someone had already used first-aid tape to hold the front panel of the microwave in place, and we found more of the same tape in a drawer which we used to hold the two shower curtains together so we could even use the shower. We did no cooking in the kitchen because nothing looked or felt clean. The inside of the oven door was dirty, as was the drawer below the oven. The walls throughout the unit all had many holes in them. Two of the 3 light fixtures in the kitchen were missing bulbs, and one in the bathroom as well. There were many dark stains on the carpet. I had to clean the washing machine tub before I could even bring myself to use it. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. The host provided us with NO advance information about what was or wasn't provided in the unit. The only two things that we can complement are that the bed was comfortable enough and the HVAC worked well. Everything else was just, well.....icky.
