60th Birthday

A group of family spent time together at The Ledges to celebrate a 60th birthday. The Ledges was the perfect location for those who wanted to play golf, those who wanted to hike at nearby State and National Parks and close to Saint George for shopping and activities. The house was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickleball and easy access to the trail.

Living quarters were good.

The experience was all good except for one issue. The lounge chairs at the pool were not only very uncomfortable but dangerous. The design makes it possible, and very likely for users to fall to the ground and the chair land on top of them. I experience this myself when sitting on the edge near the foot of the chair I went directly to the ground with the backrest hitting me in the heard. I witnessed a similar incident with an elderly man holding a new born baby. He fell to the ground, flipping the chair on top of him and the baby. Fortunately all were ok except for the man's back. He complained of pain in his back. These were the only chairs available at the pool and should be replaced before serious injuries occur.

Beautiful place!

We loved this spacious home! It was clean and beautiful. I just wanted to report that one of the dining chairs was broken. The back pad wasn’t connected to the chair and was just placed on the chair. It was like that the day we arrived so it was damaged before we arrived. We loved the rooms, and having the pool right across the street was awesome! Easy access and very clean
