Welcome MVP to our property that was designed with you, our Most Valuable People in mind.



The Space:

The MVP at Sports Village has plenty of amenities that everyone will love! From the outdoor swimming pool and spa to the pickle ball courts and gym there is something for everyone. You won't want to miss the chance to stay at this beautiful condo.



Please note: The freezer has ice cube trays available. The ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge are not operational.



PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!

Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $150 fee per pet.

Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds)

We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.

We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.

While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.



(Pet fee is not automatically applied and will be due after booking)



PARKING: There is a one car garage and free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV’s. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. Clubhouse is open until 10pm.



NOTE: All occupancies subject to owner approval.



Master: King - Sleeps 1-2. There is a bathroom across the hall.



Guest Room - Queen and a Bunk Bed with 3 beds and 1 Trundle. Sleeps 1-6. En suite bathroom.



Living Room couch has a pull out that sleeps 1 person.



This unit is on the ground floor.

Great spot for families. Very responsive hosts. Lots of activities, although pools are closed during winter months. This unit, and the greater St. George area, has every amenity you could possibly want. The desert trails were outstanding!

Great place!

The unit has all you need! All kitchen utensils, great bathrooms and bedrooms. TVs are great. Nice place. Nice lap pool and good location. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Home, Convenient Location, Will Stay Here Again!

Beautiful home with everything we needed for our family of five and dog. Loved being on the main level (no stairs) and having a nice patio out the back and the pool right there. Modern updates to furnishings. Parking is on the street but no problems finding a spot. Will stay here again.

I stood for three weeks and enjoyed every moment at the property even though it does say it’s pet friendly was very disappointed to find out it would not let me take my cat which a cat is a pet. So the wording on the property needs to be corrected for other people interested in this property. And also the unit only lets you go down to 72 and no lower or it would freeze up so if you go anytime in May June July August this is not a very good place to be because it gets very hot there and extremely hot at night. Very hard to sleep. I did wait an extra two days to get extra fans in there to cool down so other than that very well stocked and taken care of. The property has a swimming pool just outside of the unit which is wonderful and a hot tub but while we were there, I did ask several times for somebody to look at the hot tub because the bubbles no longer worked and the sewer backed up in the ladies bathroom, but I never got any response so that was very disappointing.

Sports Village Unit Z3

We had a great time staying in unit Z3 at Sports Village this weekend. The unit was clean and updated, the beds were comfortable. Would have appreciated a small dresser in the master bedroom or somewhere to put clothes.. Especially when we had the water leak from a broken pipe in the unit upstairs, everything on the floor got wet and we had to do a lot of laundry. The unit itself was great, I gave a 3-star review because no one came to help us clean up the water leak until late afternoon the next day.

This is truly an “MVP”property!

We come to St. George about3-4 times a year and always stay at Sports village. They have many wonderful amenities to enjoy. The grounds well lighted and are beautifully maintained and have a nice walking path which is perfect to walk our dogs. It's a quiet, peaceful place, where everybody we run into is warm and friendly. The condo is on the ground floor, which is so convenient because you don't have to climb any stairs. The modern decor was Homie, and tastefully done. We were delighted to find so many little extra conveniences, which made our stay so comfortable and met our each and every need. The kitchen is very well stocked with the necessities and plenty of extras. I loved that there were empty cabinets that guest could use to store their food or stuff in. The kitchen appliances were spotless clean and in very good condition. The extra large capacity, washer and dryer were HEAVEN! I'm telling you… We will never rent another condo! We highly recommend this place!
