The Nest is an expansive two-story luxury home, encompassing 3,821 sq feet, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Nestled in The Fairways at The Ledges of St. George, this lavish home is designed to cater to groups of all sizes. The furnishings boast top-notch upgrades, featuring flat-screen HDTVs, quartz and granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The open and welcoming floor plan ensures a comfortable stay, with bedrooms that offer a quiet and private retreat.

Amenities at The Nest include a private hot tub, an outdoor gas grill, and covered patios on both the main floor and walkout basement. This ensures that guests can fully enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces, making their stay a luxurious and memorable experience.

Great balcony overlooking the first fairway of the golf course. Really great communication. The balcony and patio were dirty but they sent someone out immediately to finish cleaning up. Very spacious – perfect for a large group.

Gorgeous home, comfortable and able to accommodate our family of 11 adults. Large kitchen and table was perfect for family meals and games. We enjoyed the hot-tub and near by pickleball facilities and Snow Canyon.

Stay at this House!

This house is great. It has everything to host a large group, including porch with fantastic views, grill, high outdoor table, hot tub, fir pit….and inside was beautiful with comfortable beds! Location is 5 minutes from Snow Canyon amazing hiking.

Lovely Ledges Rental

Clean, plenty of sleeping quarters, conveniently located near Snow Canyon state park and the community pool and pickle ball courts were a hit with our group. I would recommend this rental to others.

Nearly Perfect!

Wonderful, clean house. Especially appreciated the "stocked" kitchen so you could hit the ground running. Kitchen and dining area are ideal for a larger group to be able to eat together. Binder for information about the house and area was organized and helpful.
