The Pearl offers a resort-style pool, hot tub, and a 2.5-acre lagoon for kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, or relaxing on the sandy beach. Nearby, enjoy walking and biking trails, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and local adventures like hiking and ATV riding! This 5-bedroom, 6-bath home is built for family fun, with every bedroom featuring a private bath. Highlights include two family rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a game-packed loft, and a private hot tub on the second-floor deck. Relax on the upstairs patio with a fireplace, TV, and stunning views. Two paddleboards are included, with more available for rent at the resort. The Pearl also provides a ping pong table, a Pac-Man arcade game, and an air hockey table.

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area to which a limited number of properties will have access. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
