Bright Modern 3BR & Loft - Snow Canyon View w/ Deck

Pickleball Palace is a 3 bedroom (with a bunkroom loft), 4.5 bathroom, 1,812 sq ft Villa located steps away from the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. Its spacious layout includes a large kitchen, and 2 outdoor living spaces for everyone to enjoy! The main level is home to the master bedroom and fantastic kitchen that is stocked with cooking utensils- making it easy to dine in while on vacation. Walk out to the lower back patio which contains a BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Upstairs you'll find more outdoor patio space on the upper balcony where there is a seating area with lounge chairs for relaxing. Enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon anytime of the day!

Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away) are its crowning glory. Need something to do at night? Catch a play at Tuacahn theater just 10 miles away.

Stick closer to home and enjoy the local hiking/biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickle ball courts (we do have pickle ball paddles and balls for your use), a spacious pool (we provide beach towels), 20 person hot tub *Poolside lounge area *Kids wading pool all located within a 100 steps of your front door.

We had a few issues during our stay and the property managers responded quickly and took care of everything to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The house was spacious and clean and it was great to have so many bathrooms.

Great location for hiking in snow canyon and watching PGA at Black Desert. The onsite restaurant was great for lunch on Sunday. Hardly anybody there. Great Service (home made lemonade!!!).

Great place for a family get away

We all loved our stay at the Pickle Ball Palace. The place was clean except for dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies and the beds were comfortable.

Comfortable, relaxing and beautiful!

We loved our stay at the pickle all palace. Communication was great and check in very easy. We used the pickle all courts and swam in the pool. My kids loved the bunks. We liked being so close to Snow Canyon and some of the climbing spots. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well supplied. There were a lot of bathrooms in this place! It was very convenient for our family of 7. We did not use the top deck much but the fire pit looked fun!

Great Spring Break!

Immaculate and Spacious

We had a wonderful time, loved how clean and spacious it was. Our kids enjoyed the pools, pickleball courts and nightly family time by the fire on the patio. Everything was high quality from the sheets, towels, decor and furniture. It was slightly farther from town than expected (only about 5 miles though), but the drive up the canyon is beautiful.

Definitely not worth the money.

When we first arrived it was great. The rooms are perfect. But my infant crawled for less than 5 minutes and had black knees and feet. It wasn’t relaxing due to stressing all the cleaning they make you do. But yet they charge you an expensive cleaning fee. So I don’t really understand why I’m paying them to clean when clearly they didn’t. You also don’t even have time to enjoy your stay when you can’t be there until 4pm.. we wanted to stay with family instead of hotels for the ease of getting together. But with how much we paid in fees I was very disappointed to have to also be the one to do all the work. Obviously we weren’t going to leave it a mess. But they scare you into getting it extra clean or they charge you ridiculous fees.

Great property, great location!

We had a great time at the Pickleball Palace at The Ledges Golf Club Resort! The property fit four adults and three children very comfortably. It felt brand new and well cared for. We loved staying minutes away from beautiful hikes in Snow Canyon and St George that were fun for the kids and the adults. We would highly recommend this property!
