Amazing Updated Retreat with Fully Stocked All Seasons Game Room!

2 bedroom 1 bath home that is handicap accessible. Sleeps 10 with updated mattresses in both bedrooms that are very comfortable. You can start your ride directly from the driveway to Orv snowmobile trails and thousands of acres of state land and beautiful all-sports Lake St Helen! This home offers So much! The Super large living room with a complete open concept all the way from the kitchen to the dining area throughout. Camp-fire pit and completely fenced in back yard with a grill. This game room is a one of a kind that has a full size air hockey table, card/game table, cocktail table with an assortment of video games. There is also a WiI game under the living room TV. All TV's in this home provide Netflix, Peacock TV and Pluto. Lake Saint Helen is just few miles from the house. Higgins Lake, Houghton Lake and West Branch are all about a 20min drive. Many activities while in St Helen 4th of July fireworks, mudbog in August, swimming, fishing, hunting, trail riding or just relaxing. So bring your clothes and food and your all set to have a great time.

Location was easy to find. We arrived at the designated time 4pm. Layout of the home is very functional. Easy access to kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. The open floor plan is amazing. Bonus sunroom w/ games was excellent. Kept my 16 yr old son and niece busy. The proximity to our hunting spot was about 8 min and I really like that short drive. Overl great stay, also i recommend backing into driveway.

A great place to stay and definitely will be staying again!! Loved the fenced in backyard for our dog and the patio with the lights was relaxing to sit out and visit. Had a lot of fun in the game room playing air hockey and PacMan. Close to trails and town. Comfy beds, very clean. Had a 24’ trailer and had plenty of parking space. Host was very responsive!

Visited the area for a wedding and holiday off road fun. Place was perfect! Great location near the trails and the downtown area. Everything was clean and had plenty of space to not feel cramped. Game room and backyard were great spaces for evening entertaining. Owners were fantastic and friendly, would absolutely recommend! We look forward to future stays!

We were in town for a family getaway. Had a great trip. 4 adults and 4 kids fit comfortably here. The kids loved the gameroom. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard. The adults loved the firepit. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

In town to spend 4th of July with family - they have 4 other cabins in St. Helen and are packed for the 4th weekend with friends, grandkids, etc. so decided to rent a place - the place was great - it was spacious and offered all the amenities of home - especially enjoyed the outdoor deck area and backyard - it was too warm for a campfire but the wood was stacked and ready to go. Had a question for Connie (the landlord) - she responded immediately - thumbs up - can't go wrong renting this home - definitely would rent again

Great Stay!

We stayed in this rental for a couple nights. The house was clean, comfortable and fun for the whole family. My husband and son especially liked the game room. Having two young kids with us, it was nice that there were two beds in each room so we were able to be with both kids at night. It had snowed during our stay, and By the time we were getting up, someone was outside snow blowing the driveway and walk way! We had an issue with our code not working when we returned to the house on the first night, but Connie was very easy to reach and got it fixed for us very quickly! We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Great stay

This is a great place to stay for a weekend of riding! King bed is extremely comfortable, which is not super common in these rentals! Game room is a fun extra, plenty of space and open concept makes it great for small groups. Easy check in / check out. Would stay again. Driveway is long enough for a truck and trailer which was nice.
