Property is dated and a bit shabby. Faucet in lower bath was loose. Outlet at bedside upstairs needs to be fixed. Kitchen grout at tile needs repair.

This resort is nice enough but overpriced. The deal breaker for us was the extremely loud music from the beach bars nearby every night that makes sleep impossible until after 11:30 PM. It is exhausting to have to endure this every night - ear plugs do not help much. Why this is tolerated I do not know.

Wonderful grounds, pool and views. Very nice accommodations---unique mix of old world and upscale. Great location at Cruz Bay. Communication was a bit slow but friendly.
