Beautiful location. Can't beat the four uncrowded beaches each with its unique landscape. Staff was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Excellent buffet style meals. Great infinity pool. Beautiful sunsets. Rooms are very basic but clean. We were there for the outdoors and rooms were just to sleep in. Loved our stay and will return.

There are so many nice things about this property that are unique. The sheer beauty, privacy, and a kind of isolation in a lush setting make this so different from the flashier places on the island. There are a lot of nice things about Hawksbill. The clothing optional beach is certainly a huge draw for me. The food is very nice and I have to say, that whoever does the soups in that Kitchen really knows how to make excellent, different types of soups that really hit the spot. The thing that does make this resort is above all the staff. I have nothing but praise for ALL the different staff, no matter what job. There has been no equal in the happy, friendly, Good natured and knowledgeable people who work there. I love seeing them every year. As to what I don't like it's not so much "Don't like" as opposed to "needs improvement". The only thing I can think of is on Eden beach. The clothing optional beach is So nice and remote but needs to have a little attention. Several of us discussed this and would just like to see more, many more lounge chairs, and maybe a small bar that had drinks and or possibly snacks. It would be great to have not to put on your clothes to get a drink. Also on Eden the roof of the rain shelter and the leafy coverings of the smaller shelters need to be repaired. Maybe a couple of more shelters for the rain. Other than that such a beautiful place to be in Antigua

This resort is old, dingy, and in desperate need of renovation. The fixtures are decades old, tile was cracked and stained, the shower water was cold. The tv in our room didn't work, and despite repeated requests to fix; we were told each day that it would be fixed tomorrow. But no one fixed it during our entire 6 day stay.

Villa nice and right on the beach
Pros:Location, staff, and other patrons.
Cons:All rooms need to be updated, not just the one section. They need to put some money into the place, it's a bit worn down.
Location:you can take boat tours, land tours, shopping in St Johns, eating out at Hemingways in St JOhns and a couple of other places. You don't need to though
we arrived on a Sunday, and I was not impressed by what we first saw. Our room wasn't too bad, and was close to the water, but no A/C. Didn't really need it though. However, at shower time, we had only COLD water. I notified staff and it took four days to move us. Once moved, we stayed in the Royal Palm villas. PURE HEAVEN. Right on the water, newer, very clean, A/C, and HUGE bathroom. Very nice, and it changed our attitude about the place. I only wish we didn't have to go through the experience of having no HOT water and having to move in the middle of our vacation. They should have accommodated us immediately. Sadly, we saw them put another couple in our old room the next day, knowing there was no hot water. Not cool.
Only go here if you are ok with no TV, limited internet, no kids, and LOVE having fun with other couples. We did enjoy that part. Met so many folks from UK and CA. We did an excursion tour of the island and some shopping as well. Overall a great experience, but could have done without the unfavorable room the first few days.
