This hotel is so unique and everyone was so nice! Loved my room (Room 709) however on 2 dates (January 6 and 10), my room was not serviced at all. My towels were still in a pile on the floor when I came back at night. I still had extras so it was okay, but just surprised me. I loved all of the amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Idol Wolf was incredible! Food was so delicious!! Loved going to Good Press in the morning too! The Black Walnut Latte was so good!

Our room wasn’t ready at 5pm, could not check in for about 1.5 hrs. Luckily they have a fantastic bar. Room was small but well appointed. The doors to some cabinets would not shut. The shower door would not shut. We did not have enough shampoo conditioner or body wash. The museum was nice. The restaurant is great. Probably wouldn’t stay again but would definitely eat at the restaurant or have drinks at the bar.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and the amenities were amazing. The gym was modern and up to date. The pool and hot tub were perfect and I even took a moment to get in the sauna. I haven't been that relaxed in a long time.

Greeted with an ask for a cc. Told this $230 room hotel that it was my sisters bday and asked if anything could be done. I was told no. It’s not hard to make someone’s day. Esp in the hospitality industry. Not asking for freebies, just asking for a simple gesture to make someone’s stay unforgettable for their birthday. Super disappointed.

Honestly some of the best service I have ever had or my wife has. We went for our anniversary. The valet were speedy and very welcoming, front desk was VERY informative and helpful. We went for drinks later that night and we could not have loved the bartenders more. Also please check out any exhibits they have they ar absolutely amazing!
