The place was great, I only downgraded the amenities because I couldn't find a TV in the room if there was one. Most travelers have an agenda, but as my trip was mostly business related I would have appreciated the option. The host was very nice and his breakfast was top notch. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to St. Louis.

Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed your stay. It was great to meet you. Sorry about the TV. Over the years, I've had just as many guests ask for a TV as have been happy to not have one in the room. So I opted out. The Virginia Minor suite, a different room, has a TV connected to the internet and a DVD player. Thanks for mentioning it. It's always good to let guests know what they're in for. That's why I warn them about Rosie! The adorable, friendly, but energetic dog!

A beautiful house with amazing furnishings. The innkeeper was wonderful, very personable and a great cook. The neighborhood is also a gem with restaurants nearby.

The Benton Park Inn and Proprietor, Dan Kelly and Gerti are the best! My stay was exquisite in all ways. Dan is an excellent cook, the home feels like home (I was raised in STL), and the park across the street accentuates the beauty of the historic neighborhood. I will be returning...in the very near future.

Unlike a hotel experience this place is a home away from home. Very lovely building, wonderful room and bathroom, very clean and spacious, and very very quiet. Definitely going to stay here again
