Welcome to our charming, single-story home, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience! Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, this home is close to shopping centers, restaurants, and local parks. It’s also just a 30-minute drive to top St. Louis attractions, including the Zoo, Gateway Arch, Science Center, Aquarium, six flags and the Airport.

Few mins drive to Vlasis Park and Castlewood state park. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay memorable!!


The space
* Bedrooms: Three cozy bedrooms with a King bed, a Queen bed, and two Twin beds. King and Queen beds have installed with a TV.

* Living Room: Relax in the spacious living area featuring a sectional sofa and a flat-screen Roku TV.

* Kitchen: Fully equipped with a brand-new granite countertop and island, complete with bar stools—ideal for cooking or casual dining.

* Accessibility: All rooms are located on one floor for ease and comfort.

* Internet: Enjoy lightning-fast high-speed internet with up to 2Gb download and upload speeds.

* Workspace: Option to convert the third bedroom to a Dedicated workspace.

* Pet fee: $250 for one small pet

Overall our stay was excellent. Property was clean, great location, and loved the master bedroom and bed. Stocked very well with everything needed. AC worked great on a 95 degree day, home was very comfortable.Front mini blind was broken and needs to be replaced. Tub and shower could use some updating, but again overall excellent home to rent.

A quality stay in a great location

My family of 4 stayed at this comfortable, modernized property for over a week and it was everything we needed. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and living room, and laundry helped made us feel right at home. The easy check-in and check-out process, and friendly communicative owner, made our experience a breeze. Fully recommend this house and we would stay here again.

We stayed in the 3 BR for a family visit. The house is extremely clean and was well represented in the pictures. We made one full dinner and found the kitchen stocked with all the needed equipment. The beds are comfortable and the single bathroom was light and workable. The host touches base regularly to check in and make sure everything is going well. We will definitely look to stay hear again when visiting our family.

Felt like home

Really modern, clean, and comfortable house very conveniently located. I rented this property for 8 days while out in Missouri for work and it felt like home. Communication with Nathan was perfect and he was very attentive to any needs that I may have. I will definitely stay here again when i am out there for work. Tru the little sno-cone shop around the corner from here. Really cute shop that serves boozy sno-cones along with regular ones. Delicious and nostalgic. Thanks again, Nathan!

Beautiful Ranch Home

The host is great about answering questions in a timely fashion. The home had plenty of sitting space, and I liked the fact that it had a garage, and the backyard was fenced in and I enjoyed watching the birds and a couple of rabbits while sitting at the picnic table under the back awning over a little patio. This place was great and I also felt it as convenient to shopping and had easy access to main roads to do sightseeing. I felt comfortable walking this neighborhood. The place has outdoor cameras and electronic locks. Has a nice clean look and a couple of places for guests to park. I would be happy to stay there again and thought it more than adequate for my needs.
