The check in process was one of the most difficult and unpleasant in recent memory. The staff asked my husband to get my ID as I had made the booking. After he walked back out to The car and into the building with my ID, she then told us I needed to be there. After I went in (carrying the same ID) they told us how to park but no directions on where the room was. Not only were they less than pleasant during the initial process, the directions were not clear and left us wandering around the hotel looking for our room.While the room was fine, we will not be returning as there are plenty of other options nearby with much more pleasant staff and a more direct check in option. Very disappointed.
