The room was clean but the glass glasses did not look clean to me. Also, I found this strange and I know there was nothing meant to be unkind by it. When we checked in I sat on a sofa near the desk where there were two employees . It was not busy at all. My husband went to park our vehicle. It was "warm cookie time" which is always something that is hyped on commercials. It had been a long day for us at the hospital next door. Shortly thereafter a large group of teens along with I think 4 female adults came in. Almost immediately the two employees began passing out little bags of cookies to all of them. The young people were all yelling about the cookies . Again, there I sat but was never offered any. We are white and all of them were African-American. It just struck me as odd.

Very convenient hotel to hospital with clean rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast at First Watch restaurant that is walkable. Also highly recommend trying Hot Box Cookies.
