Horrible stay. The room was dirty, unclean bathroom. The front desk wouldn’t answer the phone. We went down to complain and also there wasn’t even 1 full set of towels. The front desk said he would send housekeeping and maintenance bc the heat kept switching to AC when outside temps were in the 40s. The man at the front desk never sent anyone, never answered the phone and disappeared. It has hot tub advertised and it was ice cold. The next morning the breakfast room was in a mess, cereal everywhere, food trash on the tables, no fresh food and this was at 8 am. There were also no plates and only a few bowls left out. People were complaining to the front desk about the breakfast area. They said knock on the door and let the breakfast staff know. You could hear the staff yelling that she was going to kick everybody’s ass. The last few minutes she brought out some lukewarm sausages. I had called the number that I assumed was corporate. They tried calling the front desk to see what was going on and they said no one was answering. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!

The hot tub was not full enough so the jets made water go everywhere. The room was decently clean, but there was almost no breakfast. We got there at 8 am, they had no apple juice, no pancakes, and half a sausage link left. The only thing that was left were eggs and biscuits.

The was no room cleaning even if you asked anytime you needed anything towels, you had to go to the front desk to pick them up surrounding area was very dirty

Found a hitter in the pull out bed. The power went out. There was no towels no shampoo. No towels by the pool. When asked we were told they didn’t wash any of the towels so there was none

Dirty room. Food and rubber bands all over the carpet. Broken outlets, missing outlet covers, lights flickered constantly. Tub and sink didn’t drain. Did not have toiletries. Ran out of breakfast and plates hours before it was suppose to be over. Ran out of towels so never had enough for our family. Elevators were broken. Parking was fine. Staff (when you could find them) were friendly and tried to be accommodating with what they had to work with. Just stay somewhere else!

Mediocre. Comparable to a motel 6.

The reason I choose this hotel over others was because of the indoor pool and we were celebrating my daughter's 8 th birthday. The first night we weren't able to use the pool and the elevators were closed down due to power outages. I understand that but it was difficult for us to get all our luggage to the third floor. I was traveling w my elderly mother and 8 year old child and our concierge was super busy and unable to help. I understand that but I paid over a $100 a night and it was a bit disappointing. The GM was very sweet and kind but this place needs to be updated in a big way. The carpets are dirty. The water pressure isn't very good. The tvs were older and the cable TV was lacking. Not allot of stations to choose from. The beds were pretty basic. Even the toilet paper was cheap. The breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast but the pancake maker was broken. Which of course was upsetting for my birthday girl who was hoping for waffles or pancakes. I expected more for the money I paid.
