Clean. Bed was comfortable. Indoor Pool had a broken heater. Nobody told us that until we went to go in the pool. Not even a sign to let folks know. That was disappointing. Breakfast was good.

Woke up at 5:30 AM to some bug biting my face. Drew blood and left a large discolored welt on my cheak. Then realized my head and neck had been bitten several times overnight. I can only assume fleas in a pet friendly room. After checkin and paying I was told I owed $50 more for my dog. This seems higher than other comparable hotels. I booked a pet friendly room but was not made aware of this fee ahead of time.

Great hotel; slippery shower

The hotel was great as all Hampton Inns is usually are. The one thing I’d recommend is something in the bathtub to stand on. The surface under your feet is very slippery and could potentially allow for a fall. Other Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at had a rougher surface on the bottom of the tub, which allowed you to stand more firmly while you shower. It’s a safety issue.

Staff was fantastic, very helpful. Unfortunately, I kept finding finger smudges of something brown (?!) on the walls in the bedroom, door, bathroom walls and handrails. I didn't see any of it immediately but then, there would be another one! I could see how it could be missed, so I just cleaned them myself with a washcloth as I found them, but then I kept finding more. It grossed me out. Staff was great and I didn't want to complain.
