Concert night in Chesterfiled

The front desk staff were very friendly, as well as any other hospitality staff we encountered! Sadly, the shuttle they advertise that runs to the Factory for local concerts and events was down. Maybe call ahead if you want to utilize or just arrange and uber. Also, our conditioner was out in our room. Other than that clean, comfy and a good breakfast!

The towels and sheets were old. Towels were scratchy and small, and the sheets had little balls of material as they were worn. The bed was not conformable. Upon arrival there was a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain. We have stayed at this property on 2 other occasions and have not had these issues.

The area is nice and the staff extremely friendly. The hotel room itself was a bit disappointing. Very outdated, there was not a fitted sheet on either bed, the bedding was dirty, the shower made noises (sounds like pipes in the wall/ceiling) and the room reeked of weed odor. You could smell it from the vents.
