We stayed here to go to a show downtown Friday night. The man who checked us in, DelShannon, was fantastic. He was always smiling and said hello to our dogs every time he saw them. I really appreciated the personalized touch.

Only valet parking, which was not in the description. The bedroom did not have a window coverings, when I called the front desk they said they were out of rooms and I would have to talk to management tomorrow about possibly getting a refund. Definitely would not recommend

The property was walking distance to the Enterprise center and other downtown features. Staff were friendly. Street parking worked ok. I felt slightly unsafe outside at night.

When we checked in we were told we would receive a text on my Hilton honors app. Well I never received a message had to call the guy didn’t process my card properly so we didn’t get checked in till after the event.

Online said bed was queen got there it’s only a full. The desk said they know they are fulls but consider it queen. Breakfast was cold and hardly any at 830am. And I paid online to hotels.com but today was charged also by hotel and they keep saying the didn’t charge when I have proof on my online banking
