Are you hitting up a concert at the Hollywood Amphitheater? And are you bringing fur baby’s? I highly recommend staying here. You can walk to the venue, it is that close. Customer Service was just ok. I was quoted different pricing over the phone before getting there which made me a little angry at check in. Also they didn’t seem willing to make it better. We will see when I get the finalized bill. The showers stopper wouldn’t stay up , we had to use a butter knife from the kitchen to keep it open while showering. And the day we left, the water was freezing cold. They don’t have hot breakfast and the pool was not working during our stay.

Booked the room based on good reviews and proximity to the concert venue, upon arrival learned that the property had changed ownership recently(reviews seem to be based on previous ownership). The property was ok over all but definitely starting to show its age. We decided to go to the pool and they didn’t have any pool towels available so we used the bath towels from the room and I had to request extra towels twice before receiving them and was questioned about what time I asked for towels previously in the day. I was finally given towels, I was told that they were the last two clean towels. The front desk staff seemed distracted and not engaged with customers. All minor inconveniences but I expect better based on reviews and price point.

I really lived my suite that Ive stayed in. The only issue was a severely damaged mirror door on the closet, that nearly made it unusable. The other issue was the breakfast, or lack thereof. Every time I went down there, there was one muffin, and a waffle machine. As long as you can get past those things, I loved the space, cleanliness, and the layout. Staff was friendly, as well.

The place was very nice. Better than what we expected. Even though we had a little situation with the Breakfast, it was taken care of very quickly and professionally. Thank you Moriah at the front desk for helping us out and Expidia customer service. We would definitely stay there again.

No puedo aportar mucho, ya que cuando llegue al lugar, por motivos de que el avión se atraso, pero cuando llegué, me tenian en "on show", a pesar de que les envié mensajes de que iba a llegar atrasado, me cancelaron y tuve que ir a otro lugar, la recepcionista no me ayudo mucho y me estaba cobrando más de lo que habia pagado inicialmente si queria quedarme, al salir del hotel, en los alrededores hay una bomba de gasolina, y se ve el lugar como abandonado. mala experiencia para ser la primera vez que llego al hotel.
