Nice place. No blankets in the rooms-by time I got back to the room to realize that housekeeping was closed and the front desk people said they don’t have any anyhow. Room was cold even once I had the room heat turned all the way up.

The room had a well sized sitting area and a decent bedroom. The bathroom was what I call a "one butt bathroom." Just big enough to get the door open. The shower was decent, but it took roughly three minutes to get hot water. Then there was a fine line on the water temp being scalding hot or cold. The door also wouldnt close and open well. Location was theckey to this hotel.

The room was nice and the check-in staff was courteous! We used the skywalk to walk to the casino and it’s a good idea to keep from having to go outside however the skywalk and the very long hallway to the casino entrance all smelled terrible. Even inside the casino in most places smelled like sewage. I’m not sure if it was because of the renovations they have going on but I would definitely make sure it didn’t smell before booking here again, which is a bummer because I was super excited about the room with view of the Arch!
